Northern Railway, the Jewel Set in the Crown of Indian Railways, has embarked on the mission to vanquish distances and create its own metaphor of existence. Formally established in the year 1952, it remains the largest zone in terms of route Kilometers, even after the re-organization of the Indian Railways into sixteen zones. Northern Railway now comprises of five Divisions-Ambala, Delhi, Ferozpur, Lucknow and Moradabad. Spreading across the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.

Qualification/Educational Criteria :

Eligible candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria : Passed SSC (10th) & represented in any of the commonwealth championship or Asisa Cup or South Asisan Federation Games from any recognized Board / College.

Pay Scale/Salary(in Rs.) :

Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs 5,200 to 20,200 with Grand Pay Rs.1,800/- per month.
